Medved's Scarrier Games
Medved's Scarrier Games is a Halloween-themed team scavenger hunt and running event at DeWolfe Brewing, 60 Maple Ave, Victor, NY, on October 22, 2026. Registration is required for all players and there is no registration fee.
Teams of 5 to 10 members work together to visit checkpoints and complete challenges within a set time limit of seventy-five minutes; only up to ten members per team may collect points. Solo players may join any team or select the Free Agent team. The scavenger hunt list and an area map are provided at check-in on game day.
Runners earn points by visiting locations and completing challenges. To claim points teams must post a picture of their entire team at each designated location during the event period; posts outside the event period do not count. Each team is required to carry a cell phone and be able to post during the event to claim points.
Participants must follow traffic and pedestrian regulations. Headlamps and reflective gear are required. Bonus points are available for financial donations to the Verona Street Animal Shelter, for dressing in team-themed costumes, and for wearing Saucony shoes. Saucony will have prizes and demo gear at the venue. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
