About the race
The Live Love Run is the 14th annual community run held in-person in Fort Langley, British Columbia, with a virtual option the same day on October 3, 2026. The event acknowledges that it takes place on the traditional, ancestral and unceded territories of the Kwantlen First Nations. It raises funds for Abreast In A Boat and donates proceeds from registration to that organization.

- 1 km fun run
The in-person route starts and finishes at Brae Island Regional Park and follows the Fort-to-Fort Trail, crossing the bridge along Glover Road. Trails are wide, hard packed dirt and gravel with rolling hills and views of the Fraser River, Golden Ears and surrounding mountains; the course is stroller friendly. Aid stations are provided on course (for example the 5 km turnaround has an aid station at 2.5 km; the 10 km and 21 km courses include additional stocked aid stations). Timing is provided via an event timing app rather than chip timing. All participants receive a finisher’s medal, and overall 1st to 3rd place awards are given for each distance. The event limits entries to 300 participants and offers a virtual entry that includes mailed race package, bib and medal. The event is cupless; dogs are allowed on leash and parking is located in Fort Langley with a walk across the bridge to the park. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
