Live Love Run 21K, 10K, 5K & 1K, Fort Langley BC, October 3, 2026
The event is hosted by Run Like A Girl Adventures Inc. in support of Abreast In A Boat. It takes place at Brae Island Regional Park and uses the Fort-to-Fort Trail alongside the Fraser River. The course surface is mainly wide, hard-packed dirt and gravel, moving in and out of forest and fields.

Course and services: the 10K and 21K are out-and-back routes; the 21K also includes the Brae Island loop. Aid stations are provided at set intervals: the 5K has one aid station at 2.5 km; the 10K has two aid stations at 2.5 km and 8.5 km; the 21K has three aid stations at 2.5 km, 10.5 km and 18.5 km. The event uses timing via a timing app (not chip) and posts results after the event. All participants receive a finisher medal; 1st–3rd overall finisher awards are listed.
Registration and options: registration includes an automatic CA$5 donation to Abreast In A Boat. A virtual entry option is available; virtual packages include a bib, medal, shipping and the CA$5 donation and are sent to registrants in advance of the event. Local online registration closes October 1, 2026 or when the event reaches its 300 participant limit.
Logistics and policies: there is no parking at Brae Island Park; participants are asked to park in Fort Langley and cross the bridge. Strollers are welcome. The event follows environmental commitments such as being cupless, reusing course markings, and encouraging carpooling. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
