Logistics include designated parking and free shuttle service between parking areas and the Amphitheatre of the Parc récréoforestier. There is no parking available directly at the Amphitheatre. Two main parking locations are used: Carrière "Forget" and Vallée-du-Parc, with shuttle transfers to the Amphitheatre. Walking between Carrière "Forget" and the Amphitheatre is possible (about 1.3 km); caution is advised because parts of the road lack sidewalks.
Cut-off rules apply: the 22 km course has a 6 hour time limit, and longer distances require runners to leave aid stations by specified times. Course traces are available via AllTrails and GPX files for each distance. Dogs are not allowed on the shuttles. Accompanying persons cannot use shuttles to reach the start locations for the 35 km, 50 km and 75 km races. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
