Kettlewell Trail Half
The Kettlewell Trail Half is a trail half marathon held on 19 June 2027 in the Kettlewell area of Wharfedale, Yorkshire Dales. The course includes about 900 m of ascent, with three steep climbs and a mix of riverside footpaths, rolling moors and varied descents that offer views across the valley.
The event is a Yorkshire Three Peaks fell race qualifier. The course is way marked and supported with drinks stations offering water and juice. Participants receive a post race meal, Due North merchandise and additional items provided by race sponsors. Free car parking and toilets are provided at the race venue, which is listed as the car park field at Hawkswick Cote.
Minimum age for entry is 17. Entry fees listed are £40 for UKA/TRA affiliated runners and £42 for unaffiliated runners. Prize giving on the day includes awards for 1st, 2nd and 3rd in male and female categories, open and non-binary awards, and first place awards for V40, V50, V60 and V70+ age groups.
Minimum kit requirements include a waterproof jacket, hat and gloves, a personal cup or bottle for drink stations, and a mobile phone with a location app such as OS Locate. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
