Horseshoe Bend Ultras is a trail running event near Page, Arizona, offering multiple distances and routes that pass notable local landmarks. The event uses a central start and finish area at Page Shores Amphitheater on Coppermine Road in Page, AZ.

The 50 mile and 55K routes travel to Horseshoe Bend and pass through Waterholes Canyon, a slot canyon on private property. The 50 mile course also goes through Antelope Canyon. The half marathon ascends and circles the plateau above Page, provides views of Lake Powell and Glen Canyon Dam, and runs along a bend of the Colorado River.
Terrain descriptions note desert sand, slickrock, and mostly singletrack around the plateau. Course summaries describe smooth and runnable singletrack sections and scenic overlooks of Lake Powell and Glen Canyon Dam. GPX files are available for each distance, and a race guide and course flyover videos are provided for route details.
An expo is scheduled the day before the race. Drop bag and crew information is provided for the 50 mile and 55K distances, and race materials reference time limits and aid support for each course. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
