High Noon Showdown
High Noon Showdown is the inaugural G.O.A.T. Trail Race held May 22, 2027 in Laurens, SC, at 1424 Ranch Rd. The event offers multiple timed options on a looped trail course and partners with a local charity.
Available timed events include:
- 24 Hour
- 12 Hour
- 6 Hour
- 6 Hour Ruck
- 3 Hour
The course is an about 5-mile loop that begins and ends at the aid station. It is generally flat with a few hundred feet of elevation gain per lap. Runners can expect groomed trail, roots, rocks, mud and other natural trail footing rather than road surface. Events are time based rather than distance based and there are no cutoffs based on distance.
Ruck participants are expected to carry a 25 lb pack and will be weighed prior to the start. Proceeds from the event are designated for Project Hope Foundation in Woodruff, SC, an organization that provides services to the autism community.
Registration opens November 22, 2026. The shirt order deadline is April 28. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
