A guided social trail run on a 10 mile loop through the ancient droves of Mildenhall and Lakenheath, with run leaders, scenic stops and post run refreshments.
Guided group trail run of 10 km through High Lodge in Thetford Forest, led at a conversational pace with groups based on ability. Mostly flat woodland terrain, trail shoes recommended; parking costs £3 and the entry fee is £12.50.
An in-person meet at Star Wing Taproom with a 5k on local fields and trails, plus a live DJ, loaded fries and drinks available.
