Helping Hands of EG 5K
Helping Hands of EG is a 501(c)(3) organization that supports local individuals facing familial death or illness. The organization will host a 5K trail fun run on November 7, 2026, at East Greenwich High School, with the course starting at the back of the school.
Registration details are provided: pre registration opens September 22, 2026 and closes November 6, 2026. The pre registration fee is $25 and race day registration is $30. T shirts are available to the first 300 registered participants.
Proceeds from the event will go to organizations meaningful to the family connected with this memorial edition of the run, including EG Unified Sports Program, Women & Infants NICU, and Give Kids The World.
The event includes awards for the top overall female and male finishers. First place awards will also be given to the top male and female in each division. Attendees are asked not to bring dogs to the event.
This edition is held in memory of a local young person who died last August at age 14. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
