Hardmoors 26.2 Roseberry Trail Races
Hardmoors 26.2 Roseberry takes place on Sunday 29 August 2027 at Guisborough Rugby Club, Belmangate, Guisborough TS14 7BB. The event offers three trail distances with a maximum field of 330 entrants.
Distances:
- Trail Marathon: 30, ascent 4,850 ft, time limit 10 hours
- Half Marathon: 14.5, ascent 3,200 ft, time limit 5 hours
- 10k: 9, ascent 1,600 ft, time limit 3 hours
Entry prices include a £1 donation to the Cleveland Way National Trail and are listed as Trail Marathon £52 attached / £55 unattached; Half Marathon £39 attached / £41 unattached; Trail 10k £31 attached / £33 unattached. Entries close on Friday 13 August 2027 and the overall entry limit is 330.
Routes are not taped or signed. Competitors receive downloadable route descriptions, maps and GPX files and are required to print and carry the map and route description for navigation. The organisers require a set of mandatory kit to be carried or worn, including a waterproof jacket with taped seams, hat or multifunctional neckwear, gloves, 500 ml of water or sports drink, printed route description and map, emergency survival bag and foil blanket, whistle and a means to attach a race bib.
Parking at the registration venue is very limited and the organisers advise using nearby car parks. The event is cupless so participants should bring their own cup for checkpoint and finish drinks.
