Great Inflatable 5K - Goddard
The Great Inflatable 5K in Goddard is a family friendly, untimed event built around a large inflatable obstacle course. The core course, called Airmageddon, features 11 large orange, red, and black inflatable obstacles. Examples of obstacles on the course include The Opening Climb, The Wrecking Run, and The Log Run. The layout allows participants to run, walk, jog, bounce, climb, or skip obstacles as they choose.
The Goddard event is set at Discovery Intermediate School, 301 S. Main St., and the course for this location is completed over two laps to cover all 11 obstacles. Registration for the event includes full course access, an official event T shirt, a finisher medal, a race bib, and access to the post race celebration area. Event rules note a minimum participant height of 42 inches and require that children under 13 be accompanied on the course by a participating adult aged 18 or older.
