Event services and facilities include onsite registration, a bag drop, plenty of bike parking around the registration area and parking a short walk from the start area. There are on course km markers and clear directional signage. All finishers receive a commemorative medal and there are trophies for race winners; a team competition returns for the 10k. Chip timing results are published soon after the runs and event photos and videos are shared in the days after the races.

Fundraising supports local charities including Maggie’s and Addenbrooke’s Charitable Trust with specific 2026 fundraising directed towards the Cambridge Cancer Research Hospital.
