About the race

GCTR November Run is a monthly pop up trail run hosted at Philip Park Parking Area, Seaworld Drive, Main Beach QLD, Australia. The November edition is organised with support from Gold Coast City Council's Active & Healthy program and is paired with Main Beach parkrun for those who want an extended outing.

Participants meet at Philip Park and follow a route down to The Spit and back, a route described as approximately 7.5 km. Runners who choose the combo option continue on to Main Beach parkrun, adding about 1 km to reach the parkrun start and then completing a timed 5 km there, resulting in a total distance of roughly 14 to 15 km.

The event is free and includes snacks; registration is requested to assist with catering. The listing notes a wider schedule of planned monthly trail runs for 2026–27 at different Gold Coast locations, with events confirmed several weeks in advance.
