Gavel Fell Race
Part of the traditional Ennerdale Show, the Gavel Fell Race is held at The Leaps, Kirkland (grid ref NY 08860 18416) on 26th Aug 2026. The course runs over grass and heather with a gentle outward section to Gavel Fell followed by a climb to its summit, and returns to the event field.
