French Ridge Vineyards 5k
The French Ridge Vineyards 5k is a fundraising run and walk held at the French Ridge Vineyard and Winery grounds in Killbuck, Ohio. The event is organized by The Ugly Buck and benefits the West Holmes Cross Country teams. It offers a main 5 K option and a shorter 1.5 mile loop for participants who prefer a shorter distance or who want to attend the meal without racing.
Included with entry are a hamburger meal, a t-shirt, and a glass of wine. Small cups of wine will also be available at an aid station on the course. All participants must be 21 years of age by the date of the event and must present valid ID to pick up their race bib. A silent auction will run through the meal, with winners announced during dinner; proceeds from the auction go to the cross country team.
