Distances
- Kids 2.5 km (Sneaky Creeky)

- 28 km
- 52 km
Courses include a mix of flowy singletrack and technical sections with repeated climbs and steep descents. The start sequence begins with a single-track climb that opens onto a ridge with lake views; longer routes branch into deeper trail networks and more technical terrain. The event uses clear course marking and race marshals; there are mid-race and final course cut-offs, and runners who miss cut-offs will be recorded as DNF.
Aid stations are provided along the routes; full stations carry water, electrolytes, gels, fruit, potatoes, cookies and some gluten-free options, while smaller checkpoints offer water and prepackaged snacks. The event is cupless: participants must carry their own container for cold drinks.
Mandatory items listed for participants include a minimum fluid supply and emergency food; recommended items include a jacket or emergency blanket, small first aid kit, whistle and basic medications. The kids race is timed, run on two short loops with small climbs, and finishes with a medallion and small participant items. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
