About the race
Fountain to the Falls is a city-run run and walk scheduled for Saturday, September 19, 2026, in Monrovia. Check-in and race activities are organized in and around Library Park and nearby streets; a published route map shows the course.
Registration is offered in advance and on the day of the event. Pre registration is listed at $50.00 per runner and day of registration is listed at $60. The event is limited to 350 participants; day of registration may close early if capacity is reached.
Registered participants receive a T shirt and a participation medal. Awards include trophies for the overall male and female finishers with the best times, and medals for first through third place in each male and female age category.
Volunteers receive a T shirt and are required to attend a meeting on the morning of the event to receive assignments. Temporary parking restrictions and street closures will be enforced along sections of Myrtle Avenue, Hillcrest Boulevard, and Canyon Boulevard on race day; affected residents and merchants are advised to observe posted closures.
