Fjellmaraton Beitostølen
Fjellmaraton at Beitostølen is an annual trail and road running event held in the mountain area around Beitostølen. The programme includes multiple race options across varied terrain, with on-course services and medical coverage.

All finishers receive a medal at the finish area. Podium prizes for the three best in each class can be collected at Sporten Beitostølen. Løypevinnere of marathon, half marathon, Fjellbukken and Miniton receive a gift from Beitostølen Resort covering a single-room hotel stay from Friday to Sunday the following year. A sprint prize for the fastest final 5 km along the county road is sponsored by Sporten Beitostølen. Prizegiving takes place on a stage outside Sporten and Svingen Pub, with awards handed out continuously.
Practical services include staffed drink stations offering sports drink from Fuel of Norway, water and juice about every 5 km, and additionally cola and bananas from the half marathon start to the finish. Medical personnel are positioned in the first part of the course at roughly every 10 km and are concentrated between Båtskaret and the finish; there is a medical service in the finish area. Clothing transport and marked storage are provided to the finish area, but this is a service only. Toilet facilities are placed at start areas and in the finish zone. Volunteers are recruited for event duties; organizations receive NOK 500 per shift. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
