About the race
Madison Christian presents the Finish Strong event featuring a 5K and a 1 mile fun run on October 24 at Madison Christian, 3565 Bixby Road, Groveport, OH 43125. The course uses a MOCAL competition trail section that leaves typical hard surfaces and continues through fields along Bixby Road. The event is organized by Madison Christian and is described as a day for students, staff, families, churches and the community.
Entry fees fall in a tiered schedule: early registration is $30, a mid period is $35, and the price increases to $40 closer to the event. Registrations are non refundable and non transferable. Pre race packet pickup is scheduled for October 23 at the MCC church portico.
Prizes are planned for top overall male and top overall female, and event swag is noted as coming soon. The event is listed under multiple participation categories, including the 1 miler, 5K, kids race and walk categories.
