About the race
The 6th Annual Fidelis Militus Obstacle 5K takes place at 295 Tallulah Gorge Scenic Loop in Tallulah Falls, Georgia, on November 8, 2026. The course is based at Tallulah Falls Middle School, with parking adjacent to the route. Check-in is held at the course prior to the run.
The route follows the school’s cross country terrain and includes onsite obstacles that participants may choose to complete or bypass. Close-toed shoes are required. Water will be available on course, and participants are encouraged to bring their own water bottles. Event organizers expect food trucks may be on site and recommend bringing cash if vendors are present.
All event proceeds and donations go to a memorial scholarship foundation that is registered as a 501(c)(3). Funds will support scholarships for graduating seniors at Tallulah Falls School and surrounding counties and will also help ROTC cadets at Clemson and other colleges and universities. The event is presented to honor the life and service of a local ROTC cadet and to preserve a memorial scholarship legacy. Fidelis Militus is not affiliated with Tallulah Falls School.
