2026 Fall Run for the Wounded 5k, 10k, Half Marathon
This event at Prince William Forest Park offers three chip-timed race distances and supports the Wounded Warrior Project. Points from the races count toward Year-Long series (5k, 10k, Endurance, Back of the Pack) and the Fall Series. A virtual race option is available.
Distances:
- 5k - trail-only course through the woods.
- 10k - roughly 50% trail and 50% pavement.
- Half marathon - mostly pavement, about 60% paved.
Runners receive a finisher’s medal, a technical (Drifit) event shirt, and chip timing. T-shirts are guaranteed for entrants registered before October 7; extras may be available after that date on a first-come, first-served basis. There will be no on-site race registration for this event. Walkers are welcome.
