Fall Fest Trail 5K - Beaver Falls
The event is a community trail race and family festival held at Veteran's Park, 3848 37th Street Ext., Beaver Falls, PA 15010. The running event is a hilly 5K that weaves in and out of the woods along the park's new trail system.
Each entrant receives a custom pair of socks and a bowl of chili after finishing. Medals are awarded to the top three finishers, male and female, in each age bracket. Age brackets are 19 & Under, 20 - 39, 40 - 59, and 60+.
The same-day Fall Family Festival includes music, vendors, a petting zoo, chili sales, hay rides, straw mazes, face painting, and other family activities. The organizers partner with Blackhawk High School Track & Field and Cross Country Teams for the event.
