Export 100 Trail Run
The Export 100 Trail Run in Export, Pennsylvania centers on a 104 mile out-and-back trail route with 7,392 feet of elevation gain. The course follows the Westmoreland Heritage Trail and the West Penn Trail and traverses single-track sections in the Morosini Reserve, Duff Park and Pleasant Valley Park during October foliage. The event statement notes that 100% of profits benefit the local trail community. The event listing also includes an Export Half Marathon.

Aid stations are distributed along the route with varying services; some are full stations with hot food and electrolytes while others provide water only. Most aid station bathrooms are heated and have running water, with exceptions noted for Newport Road and Rangos. Crew access is allowed at many aid stations. Pacers may be used after mile 62 for the remainder of the race. There is a 32 hour overall cut-off and cut-off checkpoints at miles 62.35, 83.17 and 103.77.
The Westmoreland Heritage Trail and West Penn Trail are open to the public and can have bicycle traffic; single-track sections in the reserves and parks are intended for running. Registration for the event closes on Tue, Sep 1. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
