EpicTrails 10 km trail run
EpicTrails offers a guided trail run scheduled for 20 August 2026 that starts from Milngavie Train Station (G62 8PG). The route explores local paths including the Clyde Coastal Path and sections of the West Highland Way, together with other nearby trail sections.
A qualified, experienced guide who is insured and first aid trained will lead the group. The runs are organised as social outings rather than races; participants will regroup at points along the route and the pace will vary with distance and terrain to ensure no one is left behind. Group sizes are kept manageable for safety. Total places are limited to 14.
Certain participants are excluded by insurance: dogs and under-18s are not permitted. Mandatory kit varies with route and season and will be detailed in the run brief; trail shoes are always required and participants without required kit will not be allowed to join the run.
This activity is run not for profit. Entry fees first cover event costs and any surplus is donated periodically to a local charity. Refunds are given only if requested; no refunds are issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event. A service fee applies to each sign-up.
