Inflatable 5K : Glasgow 2027
The Inflatable 5K event takes place in Glasgow, Lanarkshire on Saturday 28 August 2027. The course is built from repeat laps of a 2.5K loop that features large inflatable obstacles and five music zones along the route. The organiser describes new obstacles added for 2027 so the 5K distance includes 30 inflatable obstacles.
Participants can choose from the following distances:
- 2.5K : 1 lap; 15 obstacles.
- 5K : 2 laps; 30 obstacles.
- 10K : 4 laps; 60 obstacles.
- 15K : 6 laps; 90 obstacles.
The event is presented as a non-competitive, no timing fun run. Every finisher receives a medal, and the finish area includes a goodie bag, event photography, medical cover, and a post-run drink. On-course facilities include a hydration station midway along the route and clearly marked routing. Spectators may watch for no extra charge from designated areas.
Practical information published by the organiser includes a parking charge of £5 per car, a bag drop fee of £3 with size and contents restrictions, and a requirement to present an e-ticket (print or screenshot) to collect bibs.
