DSE 60th Anniversary 5K
The DSE 60th Anniversary 5K takes place on August 30, 2026, at 983 Marine Drive in San Francisco. The course is a counter-clockwise loop through Crissy Field and the Fort Point Promenade, offering bay views and sights of the Golden Gate Bridge. The route combines gravel and asphalt sections and includes twists and turns along the waterfront.
The event offers in-person race categories and virtual or self-timer options. Fee categories published for this edition include member, non-member, and kids 12 and under, with different registration fees for live and virtual entries. Registration opens in August and must be completed before race day; there is no race day registration or bib and swag pickup.
Bib and swag pickup is scheduled at Sports Basement, Stonestown on the two days before the race: Friday, 8/28, 5 PM-7 PM and Saturday, 8/29, 1 PM-7 PM. Virtual participants are expected to submit their finish times by race day if they want results posted. Self timers may start earlier than the live field and may still pass through the finisher chute; entrants who want an official posting of their time must submit that information before the results are finalized.
