Downriver Rail Run information

The Downriver Rail Run is organized by the Lebanon Recreation, Arts, and Parks Department and takes place on October 10, 2026. The course runs from Enfield to Lebanon, following the Rail Trail along the shores of Mascoma Lake and then following a slight downstream slope along the Mascoma River to the Old Jr. High Basin Ballfield in Lebanon.

Registration fees are set at $25 until Race Week and $30 starting October 5. A course map is provided by the organizer.

The starting line is located on the Rail Trail behind 59 Main Street in Enfield; there is no parking at that location. Parking is available at the finish line in Lebanon with free bussing provided to the start. A specified Lebanon parking area is at Geokon, 48 Spencer Street, with a short walk across the Rail Trail to the fields. Other parking and access options noted by the organizer include carpooling, drop-off by a friend or family member, or parking in Enfield and riding a bicycle back to the start along the Rail Trail.

Bib pick-up is available at the start line (59 Main Street, Enfield). A vehicle will be available at the start for bag drop and transport of bags to the finish. The event offers modest awards for overall top female, male, non-binary, and age-category finishers. Sponsors are listed by the organizer.
