About the race
Dirty Feet Trail Run #3 takes place on July 11, 2027 at Kalamalka Provincial Park, Jade/Juniper Bay (yellow gate) on Kidston Road in Coldstream, BC. The event offers three measured distances with a common start and finish at the beach:
- 5 km
- 10 km
- 21 km
Trails include a mix of single track and double track, gravel paths, rocks, roots, dirt, creek crossings and bridges. Organizers provide professionally marked courses, timing and first aid. The finish line is at the beach and participants may enter the lake to cool off after the run. Aid stations vary by distance: the 5 km has no on-course aid but a stocked finish area; the 10 km has one aid station around 7.5 km; the 21 km has two aid stations near 7.8 km and 18 km plus the finish area.
Entry fees range from $40 to $65 with scheduled price increases. Race merchandise such as shirts, hoodies and hats will be available for purchase at the event. Optional participant medals may be purchased in advance for $10 or on race day for $15. There are draw prizes and category prizes for the top three in each gender; winners must be present to claim prizes.
