- 15K solo
- 25K
- 35K
- 15K relay each runner completes 15K
The courses run over a variety of terrain including groomed and technical trails, climbs and downhill sections, false flats and river-side paths. Notable trail sections and landmarks on the routes include Diamond trail, Lynn Canyon, Baden-Powell, Bridle Path, Bottletop, Fisherman’s trail, the pipeline footbridge over the Seymour River, Lillooet Road and the North Vancouver Cemetery. The 35K uses two loops for the full distance.
Aid stations are placed on each course and provide water, electrolyte drink, gels, chips, blocks or chews, cookies and other treats; First Aid and hygiene supplies are available at every aid station. The event is cup-less so racers should carry a bottle or collapsible cup for aid station drinks.
There is no mandatory gear list, but racers are asked to carry hydration and fuel, consider extra clothing for weather changes, and note that poles may be used but not at the start until the field spreads out. The course will be marked with pink and black striped flagging tape, pink flags, signs and marshals. The 35K second loop has a cutoff at 11:00 a.m. and the course closes at 02:30 p.m.
Awards are given to the top three in each gender category for each distance and every finisher receives a medal. Package pickup is available the day before at the Running Room in North Vancouver and race day at the start. Everyone must check in 30 minutes before their race start.
