About the race
Diablo Trails Challenge 2027 is a trail running event on April 3, 2027 at 1700 Castle Rock Road in Walnut Creek, California. The event offers a range of trail distances and options on and around Mount Diablo.
The event includes these distances:
- 50K
- Half marathon
- 10K
- 5K
- Remote runner option
A BBQ lunch plate from Slow Hand BBQ is available as an additional ticket. Registration fees are tiered and vary by distance and by registration date.
A portion of all entry fees will be donated to Save Mount Diablo. Save Mount Diablo has worked for over 40 years to preserve and increase open space on and around Mount Diablo, expanding protected lands from 6,788 acres to more than 100,000 acres. The Diablo Trails Challenge was created to celebrate and support those conservation efforts while providing trail running options for participants.
