About the race
The Croí Laighean Christmas Jumper Dash takes place on 29 November 2026 in Donadea Forest Park, Kildare. The event encourages participants to wear festive jumpers or T‑shirts; spot prizes will be awarded for the wackiest and most festive costumes.
Entry fees are allocated to a club or organisation chosen by the entrant, provided the club is within the Croí Laighean common bond. If a selected club is outside that bond, the entry fee will be directed to a nominated charity instead. The event offers multiple entry categories and family options.
Distances and entry categories include:
- 5k adult entry
- 10k adult entry
- 5k under‑16 entry
- 5k family entry for two adults plus two under‑16s
Number collection is organised on the day. The event is described as a seasonal run set in Donadea Forest Park that combines a short running route with a festive atmosphere and community fundraising through directed entry fees. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
