About the race
The Course Esprit-Sain - Prévention du suicide takes place on 18 October 2026 at Collège Notre-Dame-de-l'Assomption (CNDA) in Nicolet, 225 rue St-Jean-Baptiste. The event offers multiple race and walk options across age categories.

The course has no elevation change and is mostly on non-asphalt trail. The route is accessible for racing wheelchairs and for strollers. Animals are prohibited on site and on the course.
Bib pickup is available Friday 16 October at the Complexe sportif CNDA from 16:30 to 19:30, or on race day 60 minutes before each start. Parking is available at the École nationale de police du Québec, 350 Rue Marguerite d'Youville, adjacent to the site.
Aid stations use reusable cups. There is one aid point on the 3 km route, two on the 5 km, four on the 10 km and eight on the 21.1 km. A water station will be available on site; participants are asked to bring a reusable water bottle. Toilets and a changing area are provided on site, and there is one toilet on the course behind École secondaire Jean-Nicolet near the soccer field entrance.
One hundred percent of registration fees are donated to suicide prevention and related youth mental health initiatives. Since 2014 the event has returned $245,500, including $182,000 to the Fondation Prévention du suicide Accalmie. A donation can be added during payment; no tax receipt will be issued.
