About the race
The Course Esprit-Sain – Prévention du suicide is a charity running event on 2026-10-18 at Collège Notre-Dame-de-l'Assomption (CNDA) in Nicolet. The event partners with Fondation Prévention du suicide Accalmie and supports mental health initiatives for youth.

The course has no elevation change and is mostly on unpaved trails. It is accessible to racing-adapted wheelchairs and to strollers. Animals are not allowed on site or on the course. Additional course details are to come.
Logistics include bib pickup on Friday 16 October at the Complexe sportif CNDA and the day of the event 60 minutes before each start. Parking is available at École nationale de police du Québec, 350 Rue Marguerite d'Youville beside the site. Toilets and a vestiaire are available on site and one toilet is located on the course behind École secondaire Jean-Nicolet near the soccer field entrance.
Refreshment points use reusable cups. Aid points: one on the 3 km, two on the 5 km, four on the 10 km and eight on the 21.1 km. A water station is available on site and a reusable bottle is recommended.
All registration fees are donated to the cause. Since 2014 the event has returned 245,500 $ in total, including 182,000 $ to Fondation Prévention du suicide Accalmie. Donors can add a donation during payment but no receipt will be issued. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
