The route follows public rights of way and the existing Cotswold Way markers, with occasional additional markings near checkpoints or where the route has more than one option. There are food stations and support throughout the course, plus medical support and intermediate cut-offs. Participants have 15 hours to complete the event, with intermediate cut-offs along the route.
Entry includes a race number, live open tracking and the full route GPX file. A finishers medal is provided. There is an option to purchase a technical t-shirt or hoodie and to buy professional race photos after the event. XCover insurance is available as an add‑on.
