Corner Canyon Peak View 5K
Corner Canyon Peak View 5K is a trail course of 3.1 miles with about +508 ft of elevation gain on dirt trails. The route runs through Corner Canyon and offers views of nearby mountains, the Draper temple, and dense tree corridors that are green in spring and show bright autumn colors in the fall.
The course starts and finishes at a pavilion on the east side of the Peak View Trailhead parking lot. The marked route begins on the dirt road behind that pavilion. The organizer notes that being within 100 feet of this pavilion helps ensure a GPS program records a run attempt.
This event is listed as Difficulty 5 and does not allow dogs. A group run is scheduled for October 12, 2026. The Peak View 5K is included in the Corner Canyon Trail Series, which uses GPS-segment timing via the RidewithGPS app and records finish times for series courses between May 1 and October 31, 2026.
