The series is planned as a set of foot races of various distances, with a minimum of six and a maximum of eight events. Athletes may enter a single race or take part in the entire series.

The 2027 schedule includes:

  • 5 km - Feb 17, 2027
  • 10 km - Feb 24, 2027
  • 60 minute timed event - March 3, 2027

Location details note the South Quaker Street entrance to South Table Mountain and the coordinates 39°44'57.8"N 105°10'50.1"W. From South Golden Road, the route turns north on Quaker Street and continues through open green gates where pavement ends and dirt begins. The dirt road leads uphill to the top of Table Mountain where pavement resumes. Parking is allowed on this road and on the track. Track access is restricted until law enforcement personnel have left and race personnel open the gates and track.

The series is hosted by a local trail running organization. The title sponsor is a local physical therapy organization built around running. The stated goal is to provide a medium for local competition during the winter months. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
