Trail Running in High Cliff State Park
The Cliff Runner 10K takes place in Sherwood, Wisconsin. This event features a 10 km trail run through the grounds of High Cliff State Park. The course is designed to traverse various natural sections of the park, including terrain with rocks, roots, and multiple hills. Participants can expect a total elevation gain of more than 500 feet throughout the duration of the race.
