Circuit of Bath Challenge
The Circuit of Bath Challenge is a fundraising running and walking event in Bath and the surrounding countryside, organised by Alongside Charity (the new name for Julian House). The event is scheduled for 20 September 2026.
Distances offered include:
- 35 km timed run
- 35 km walk at the participant's own pace
- 11 km mini route for families, dog walkers and first time challengers
The full 35 km route is fully waymarked in collaboration with Bathscape and Cotswolds National Landscape. The event provides feed stations along the course, electronic timing and bibs, and a finisher medal for all participants. A finish line festival includes food, music and photos.
The route passes through historic streets and open landscapes, presenting a variety of views across the route. Funds raised support Alongside in work across the South West to help people facing homelessness, people escaping domestic abuse and people rebuilding their lives.
