Circle Endurance Event in Ringgold, GA
The Circle Endurance Event takes place on November 21, 2026 at Ringgold High School in Ringgold, GA and is organized by the Chattanooga Track Club. The event is a USATF sanctioned timed track competition.
Participants compete on a track in the following timed formats:
- 24 Hour
- 12 Hour
- 6 Hour
- 3 Hour
Final results are determined by total laps completed within each time limit. Each completed lap is credited as 0.25 miles; wristwatch mileage may read higher than the official track mileage. Race officials may evaluate a participant’s condition and restrict continuation for safety reasons.
Runners are responsible for their own food and hydration. Volunteers provide an aid station with drinks and snacks, but the event is cup-free and participants must bring personal hydration systems. Littering on course can lead to disqualification.
Crew members may assist every lap from a designated infield area near the start line. Pacers are not permitted unless they are registered participants. Competitors may set up a small pit area on turf; no tent stakes are allowed and tents must be weighted.
Courtesy rules require single-file running in the inside lane and safe passing practices. Awards include top three male and female per distance, masters and grandmasters, plus special distance awards (6 hour = 50K, 12 hour = 50 miles, 24 hour = 100 miles with a belt buckle). A Chattanooga Ultra Championship ties this event with two other races for series awards.
