Calon Lân 300
Calon Lân 300 is a 300 mile ultramarathon along the Cambrian Way across Wales. The planned route totals an elevation gain of 78,740 ft and is presented as a nonstop course with an overall completion window of 8.5 days.
The route runs from the north to the south of Wales, starting near Cowny and finishing in Cardiff.
