Buckeye Trail
Buckeye Trail takes place on June 27, 2027 in Brecksville, Ohio, within Cuyahoga Valley National Park. The event base is the Oak Grove Picnic Area in Brecksville Reservation.
The event offers the following distances:
- 50K
- 25K Point to point from Pine Lane to Oak Grove; follows the same trails as the 50K
The 50K was established in 1994. The original course was an out and back from Oak Grove to Pine Lane and included segments to Brecksville Road. The event grew from a small field in its first year and is recognized as the oldest trail 50K in the state of Ohio.
All participants receive a triblend tee with the Buckeye Trail race logo and a finisher medal. Awards are given for overall top three male and female finishers and for the top three male and female finishers in five year age groups from 24 and under through 70 and over.
The Buckeye Trail is part of the Ohio Endurance Series, a multi race series that spans several parks and trail systems in Ohio and scores distances starting at 15K. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
