About the race
The Brynkinalt Running Festival is a two day trail event held on the private Brynkinalt Estate on the edge of Wrexham. The festival runs across the estate with the race headquarters and start / finish located in front of Brynkinalt Hall.

Racing is split by discipline across the weekend with canicross taking place on the first day and standard trail running on the second day. Routes use mixed terrain across the estate, including fast footpaths, grass sections, small stoney sections and some climbs with elevated views. The organisers do not publish the route because the estate is private land.
Facilities and race details include a short walk between parking and the start area, a help desk and music at the event hub, and one water station approximately halfway around the 10k plus water at the start and finish area. A small parking charge applies at the estate car park. Finishers receive event goodies and there are awards for the top three female and top three male at each distance.
