Brutal @ Longmoor

Brutal @ Longmoor takes place on Monday 28th December at Longmoor. The event uses a 5 mile / 8 km loop that passes through sand dunes, water features and repeated hill climbs, with spectator viewing areas close to the arena. All finishers receive a medal.

There are two course options:

  • 5 Miles (8 km) A single lap including sand dunes, Tank Wallow, and the Swimming Pool.
  • 10 Miles (16 km) Two laps with a repeat of the first lap plus additional mud sections.

Age and entry notes: the 5 mile route has a minimum age of 10 when accompanied by an adult or 13 unaccompanied. The 10 mile option has a minimum age of 15. For the two-lap 10 mile option there is a 90 minute cut off to complete the first lap. Any child under 13 must be accompanied throughout the course by an adult who is also entered.

Entry fees vary by date and by junior or senior category, with juniors defined as under 18 on race day. Entries are limited and current entry figures are shown on the event page. If an entrant withdraws before the Thursday prior to the event their entry is credited to their account for use at another Brutal event rather than refunded.
