Inflatable 5K Bristol : North Somerset Showground
The event at North Somerset Showground in Bristol is an inflatable obstacle run held on Saturday 22 May 2027. The course is made up of giant inflatable obstacles, slides, tunnels and bouncers, with each lap measuring 2.5 km. Distances available are based on laps and include:
- 2.5 km : 1 lap, 15 obstacles
- 5 km : 2 laps, 30 obstacles (three new obstacles added for this edition)
- 10 km : 4 laps, 60 obstacles
- 15 km : 6 laps, 90 obstacles
On-course features include five music zones, a midway hydration station, event photography, medical cover and a clearly marked route. Every participant receives a finisher's medal; finish-line goodies and a post-run drink are provided. Spectators may watch from a free designated area; dogs are not permitted.
Practical arrangements listed for participants include paid parking (£5 per car), a bag-drop service (£3 per bag) with size limits and security searches, printed or screenshot e-tickets required to collect running bibs, and on-site toilets and food and drink vendors. Children aged 5 to 15 must be accompanied by a paying participating adult at a maximum 3:1 child to adult ratio. Ticket Protect insurance is available for refunds in specified circumstances.
