About the race
The Brewery Trail Run is a half day trail event in the Chiltern Hills that combines a 6 miles / 10 km run with a private tour of Tring Brewery. The run follows trails with some hills and participants are grouped by ability; steep hills are walked. Organisers state that participants should be able to run 5 km non‑stop and that first time trail runners are welcome.
Guides are qualified and experienced trail runners. The brewery visit includes a tour, a tasting, and a choice of a standard size bottle of beer or a pint in the tap room. The event includes a run leader, trail running instruction, and bag storage.
Practical details supplied by the organiser note a half day duration, a limit of 50 spaces, and an entry price of £40 for an individual ticket. Facilities at the meeting area include a nearby cafe, toilets, and bag drop. There is on‑site pay and display parking at the start location in Tring Market Place and rail access via Tring station, with a taxi rank or a roughly 1.7 mile walk along pavements to the meeting point.
