BORDERLINE Weekender
The BORDERLINE Weekender, starting on 11 September 2027 at Traquair House, is a weekend of ultra endurance events in testing terrain. It offers both gravel and trail disciplines across four distances. Routes include tough climbs and sections of testing ground.
Distances:
- BORDER.200 - 200 km gravel endurance challenge
- BORDER.100 - 100 km trail ultra on foot
- BORDER.80 - 80 km trail ultra on foot
- BORDER.50 - 50 km trail ultra on foot
Event services and provisions include fully waymarked routes, chip timing with live tracking, fully stocked feed stations, and medically qualified personnel. Medical clinics are available at basecamp and finish points, and a centralised event control coordinates emergency support. Participants receive a finisher’s medal and a commemorative memento.
Basecamp offers free camping for attendees to stay on site and share the weekend. Entry information states that entries for BORDER.200 are open now, and entries for the trail ultras BORDER.100, BORDER.80 and BORDER.50 open on 1 November.
