Blue Ridge Ultra
The Blue Ridge Ultra is a trail running event in Blue Ridge, Georgia, held within the Chattahoochee National Forest. The event offers a 50K loop distance plus 30K and 15K options that follow much of the same trail system.

The course runs primarily on the Benton MacKaye Trail with additional sections on hidden trails and forest service roads. Runners encounter technical singletrack, small creek crossings, steep ascents, and steep descents amid mountain scenery and fall foliage. The course is fully signed and flagged and starts and finishes at the historic Shallowford iron bridge over the Toccoa River.
Event services include six fully stocked aid stations, live race results during the event, a race shirt, finisher medal, custom awards, free race photos, free parking, and shuttle service from parking areas. Fifty kilometer entrants receive one one-gallon drop bag placed at designated aid stations. A hot post-race meal is prepared by the nearby Ironbridge Cafe.
Registration opens November 25, 2025 and closes October 9, 2026. Entry fees listed are $175 for the 50K, $160 for the 30K, and $140 for the 15K.
