11th Hour Bear Creek Backyard Ultra
The Bear Creek Lake Park Backyard Ultra is a last-runner-standing event in Lakewood, Colorado on October 31, 2026. The format uses a repeating loop: runners complete a 4.16-mile loop each hour. Anyone not back at the start line and ready to continue when the next hour begins is finished. The race continues until a single runner remains or until the field is stopped by the park-closure cutoff on the 11th hour.
The event is scheduled as an 11-lap race with a field cap of 50 runners. Aid is provided from one aid station located at the start/finish and is available on every lap.
