BC Athletics Cross Country Championships - Nanoose Bay
The BC Athletics Cross Country Championships take place in Nanoose Bay, British Columbia on October 17, 2026. The event features multiple race distances on mapped courses; long course and short course maps and a facility and parking map are provided as event documents.
Registration is structured with early bird, regular, and late deadlines. Early bird registration ends September 20, 2026 and includes a complimentary BC Athletics long sleeved t-shirt for qualifiers. Regular registration closes October 4, 2026 and late registration closes October 11, 2026. Fees vary by age category and deadline; examples include youth-category fees at CAD $20 in earlier deadlines and higher fees for older categories. Late fees increase (for example CAD $30 or CAD $50 per distance for some categories). GST at 5% applies to certain divisions. An Officials Development Fee of CAD $5 is added per registrant. All fees are non-refundable. Online payment is accepted and a small processing fee applies.
Eligibility requires a BC Athletics annual or fall athletes membership. Athletes from other provinces must hold a current competitive membership in their home province. Out-of-country athletes are asked to contact organizers for eligibility details.
