Adventure Awaits - Running Wild Three Mile Trail Run at Juno Dunes
County biologists will lead a Three Mile trail run through the sandy scrub of Juno Dunes Natural Area on Saturday, October 24, 2026. The event is organized by the PBC Dept of Environmental Resources Mgmt (ERM) and is free and open to the public.
Participants meet at Bert Winters Park, 13425 Ellison Wilson Road, Juno Beach, FL 33408. From the park the group crosses Ellison Wilson Road to access the south tract trails, described as little-known and sandy. Bathroom facilities are available at Bert Winters Park. Water will be provided at the start; participants are advised to bring extra water and a water bottle.
Recommended items include a water bottle, hat and sunscreen, and insect repellent. Pets and unsupervised children are not allowed. Registration opens September 30 and availability is noted in the event information. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
