Haunted Heroes 5k 10k 15k Half Marathon
The Haunted Heroes event takes place at West Creek Park in Valencia on October 4, 2026. The event offers multiple race distances on a marked, out-and-back loop course on a shared trail. Runners should be courteous to pedestrians, cyclists, and other path users.
Distances offered:
- 5k one loop
- 10k two loops
- 15k three loops
- Half marathon three 4.37 mile loops
There is an aid station on each loop. The course is described as easy to follow and will be marked. The half marathon has a 3 hour 15 minute time limit; requests for alternate arrangements must be made with the organizer.
Included with registration are custom finisher medals, drawstring goodie bags, free photos and videos tied to bib numbers, live results at finish, trophies and achievement badges, and an organizer app to view race content and rankings. Age group awards are available for pickup at the event only. Group discounts and volunteer-for-free-entry options are offered by the organizer.
Race day registration is available with payment by credit card, cash, Apple Pay, Venmo, Zelle or PayPal. Parking is free on streets around West Creek Park; participants should use caution for pedestrians crossing to the start and finish areas. The event is Halloween themed and costumes are welcome.
