Dioni Abersoch Coast Trail 2027
The event is a set of coastal trail races based in Abersoch, Pwllheli, with start and finish on Abersoch Beach. Routes follow the coastal path past Tudwal’s Islands, Porth Ceiriad and for the longest route Porth Neigwl, combining tracks, trails, short sections of road and stretches across beach sand. The course is fully marked and marshalled and the races are run under UK Athletics rules.

- 2k Beach Blast 2 km
- Charity Torchlight Beach Race 2.2 km
Participants receive a finisher's medal, on-course refreshments including water and energy gels, snacks at stations, and chip-timed results with online posting. There are water and hydration stations located at 5 km, 10 km and 15 km and at the finish line. Prize money, product prizes and trophies are awarded across age categories.
Race packs are emailed to entrants with final instructions; bibs and timing tags can be collected the night before or on race morning, and a nominated person may collect a pack with the participant's written permission and identification. Age limits apply: entrants must be 16 or older for the 10K, 17 or older for the 20K, and 5 or older for the 2k Beach Blast with children under 7 required to run with a paying adult.
